Leadership perspective
Experience across practitioner, retail and founder-led channels means product decisions are shaped by category context, commercial reality and what comes after launch.
Senior industry insight, clear-eyed advice, and a genuine desire to make products that work in the real world.

Anna Bearpark has spent 25 years in natural health product development across some of Australia’s most established practitioner and retail brands. Her experience reaches beyond formulation to the people, process and commercial decisions required to take products to market well.
Before founding Well Founded in 2020, Anna directed the Blackmores Group product development team, leading multi-market innovation across ANZ and Asia in dietary supplements, functional foods and pet nutrition. She also spent more than a decade as BioCeuticals’ Lead Researcher and Formulator, creating practitioner formulations and shaping a portfolio with first-to-market and enduring products.
Anna has lectured in Nutrition and Herbal Medicine, has served on the board of the International Probiotics Association, and sits on the Complementary Medicines Australia Sustainability Committee. Well Founded is where that industry depth is now applied to the founders and product teams building what comes next.
Behind the technical rigour is a simple desire: to develop products that work well and help people live well.
Anna holds a Master of Clinical Trials Research from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine from Charles Sturt University, and Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathy, Nutrition and Botanical Medicine.
Twenty-five years across multiple categories, 13 dose formats and 11 regulatory markets. The work has always been grounded in what makes a product viable: science, regulation, format, supply, manufacturing and community.

Experience across practitioner, retail and founder-led channels means product decisions are shaped by category context, commercial reality and what comes after launch.
From formulation to manufacturer direction, the work joins the technical, regulatory, operational and commercial questions that are too often considered separately.
Quality and safety are built in from the first decision: evidence held to the right bar, appropriate testing, and manufacturing standards that support the product you sign off.
Every great idea starts with a strong foundation.
